Tim wants to have done with this bullshit, CLEARLY.
Tim never wants to see Jay again, and I think the part of Tim that is emphatically Tim means it wholeheartedly.
But, you see, Tim is not ALL Tim. He’s also masky. He doesn’t have full control over himself. Masky is still part of the game.
So, the one thing he wants, the one thing he was looking at in a good light in his life, that was seemingly taken from him by Jay’s reemergence will never be his, as long as Masky is a part of his psyche.
He’ll never be free of this, he is shackled into this story
